Additionally, I offer a unique opportunity of “For Sale By Owner” listings that are not on the typical websites. Of course any properties you see, you may contact me for additional information or make arrangements to see them.

My Contact Me page gives you the opportunity to share with me what you are looking for.  I can search and e-mail all properties matching your search criteria. These are sent out automatically once you submit your request to me. You will have the information BEFORE they are advertised. This gives you a giant advantage over looking through the ads for properties as you will have “instant information”. Of course if you are interested in marketing your property, you can notify me as well and we can arrange a convenient time to meet and get your property on the market.
